On Friday, July 4, 2025 at 12:54 p.m. the Kelowna RCMP responded to a report of a motor vehicle incident and subsequent assault in the 1900-block of Enterprise Way.
Preliminary investigation indicated that a male suspect, known to the victims, assaulted two adult females with a weapon. Both victims sustained serious injuries and were transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
The suspect was apprehended by police following a brief pursuit and is currently in custody. As the individual involved is known to the victims and no longer poses a threat, there is no ongoing risk to public safety.
To protect the integrity of the investigation and preserve independent witness accounts, no further details will be released at this time.
